Our Meter Administrator activity provides a quality service to our Lighting Authority, Telecoms and Electric Vehicle charging customers, helping them to manage their unmetered energy costs.

Our Unmetered Suppliers Operator (UMSO) service provides services to a number of Electricity Distributors.

Consultancy services focus on consultancy relating to metering, Advanced metering, smart meters, unmetered supplies, the electricity settlement arrangements, etc. Advising and assisting customers to obtain Charge Codes compliant with the UMSUG requirements has been a significant area.
