Transferring metered equipment to unmetered

For many years customers have asked about whether it is possible to move an existing metered supply to become an unmetered supply.  The electricity industry has not been clear about whether this is possible.  The odd case has probably occurred 'under the radar', but that has now changed.  One of our customers has migrated a significant numbers of metered street furniture to their unmetered inventory.  Coincidently, final readings were taken on the meters and the metered MPANs disconnected.  The street furniture equipment was identical to other existing unmetered equipment and met the requirements for an unmetered supply.  So if you would like to find out more, please get in touch.
