npower withdraw from Meter Administrator role

December 2017 saw npower contact their remaining customers to inform them that they would cease their role as Meter Administrator by 1st March 2018.

We are proud to report that every one of the remaining customers chose to appoint Power Data Associates as their Meter Administrator noting; quality of service, staff knowledge and confidence in our abilities as the main drivers. We are pleased to welcome Leeds City Council, Durham County Council and Gateshead Council who will now stand to benefit from our local Account Manager, enhanced validation and informative monthly data reporting services.
