Nigel’s Retirement

It is with mixed emotions that we said a fond farewell to Nigel this week.  He has retired again, having previously retired in 2011 from Midlands Electricity when it became Western Power Distribution.

Nigel brought to Power Data Associates his extensive knowledge and experience of the unmetered trading arrangements.  Initially, he asked if we really had enough for him to do, but he got stuck in and has kept himself fully occupied.  He spent time advising customers about accurately recording equipment within their asset inventory so that energy saving initiatives are correctly reflected in the energy calculations.  Nigel has also assisted many companies through the charge code application and CMS approval process.  He presented multiple UMSUG papers which all shaped the unmetered arrangements.
