Elexon OID changes

Elexon publishes a document called the Operational Information Document (OID) which sets validation rules and provides guidance on the information provided by a customer in a detailed inventory submission.  There were three main changes in the latest revision which PDA helped to draft:

• These include removing a previous restriction on being able to locally re-programme the dimming profile in a street lamp control gear.
• Increasing the granularity of the charge code decimal places for a miscellaneous equipment making the energy calculation more accurate.
• Further clarifying the valid combinations for charge codes and switch regimes to minimise the opportunity of erroneous energy calculations.
