APSE works with PDA to benefit our customers

We are very pleased to announce our collaboration with the Association of Public Service Excellence (APSE) in the provision of member data metrics, relating to APSE performance networks.

PDA processes c.80% of the unmetered market inventories and we realised that our customers data could be directly linked to multiple performance indicators reported annually by APSE.  We recognised that our customers, and APSE, could benefit if we could found a way of working together.  APSE recognised the excellent data management service we provide to our customers, acknowledging that our processes encompass data which can be related to their performance indicators and were enthusiastic about the prospect of working in collaboration.  During our meetings we identified and mapped relevant data sets to performance indicators and helped APSE with streamlining and updating several of their indicators.  A mutual benefit for our customers and APSE members was identified and the relationship has flourished.

Any APSE member, who is also a PDA customer, can reduce their workload by consenting to APSE that relevant data can be collated from PDA directly.  The customer inventory data processed by PDA can then be utilised to populate multiple APSE performance indicator metrics, considerably reducing the time and effort required by the APSE member in completing their annual PI submission.
