All unmetered MPANs to go Half Hourly

In December Ofgem approved the modification P434 which is a precursor to Marketwide Half Hourly Settlement.  P434 has changed BSCP520 to require all new unmetered connections to only be half hourly from April 2024.  All existing non-half hourly connections will need to move to half hourly from now through to 2024.  As part of the changes a cleansing process between Suppliers, DNOs and Customer will be initiated, with the aim of flushing out and correcting any incorrect non-half hourly registrations.  PDA has produced a Guidance Note for our customers which is available on request.  To find out more, please contact us
