Refreshed monthly reports

The PDA monthly report has been redesigned to make it more informative for our customers. While the consumption data is presented in an easy to interpret format, the report now includes a new headline report on the health of your inventory as well as additional data for customers with a Central Management System (CMS) and those that have direct DUoS charges. This is the first of a series of improvements made possible from our investment in our new Equivalent Meter (hHums). We will continue to refine and improve our reporting based on our continuous improvement process underpinned by customer feedback.
