Formal approval of hHums

Power Data Associates is pleased to receive formal approval of our new Equivalent Meter, hHums, under the Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC) which is administered by ELEXON. The “Equivalent Meter” is the term given to the software that we use to calculate our customer’s half hourly energy consumption every day. The approval process is rigorous as the Equivalent Meter underpins the calculation of our customers unmetered energy bills, which in December equated to over £18m worth of energy. This is not something any of us want to get wrong!

We are really excited about this development as it will give us a platform to further improve our service offering, keeping us several steps ahead of our competition, helping to maintain our position as the leading provider of Meter Administrator services. We are now preparing to implement the new system.
